Cable materials consist of thermoplastic compounds that emit limited smoke and halogen-free when exposed to high-calorie sources. Gold-plated contacts help to obtain the best electrical conductivity, as well as stain and corrosion resistance. This improves signal integrity and overall performance and lifetime of cables.
